Lyons Fire will be conducting an internal Ice Rescue field day training. If you see this training occurring, please stay clear of the area so that our rescuers can properly practice their skills. This training is not open to the public.

Lyons Fire’s Division of Wildland Fire will be hosting a wildland fire mitigation presentation to discuss mitigation tasks and safety measures that can help protect your home against wildland fires. Join us in person at Lyons Fire Protection District Headquarters.

Christmas Tree Drop Off
Drop off your Christmas trees for free! We will accept Christmas trees, branches, and limbs only. Please remove all decorations, ornaments, and tinsel beforehand. No trash or debris will be accepted.
Lyons Holiday Parade of Lights
Join Lyons Fire and The Town of Lyons for a festive holiday parade down historic Main Street in Lyons. Come enjoy food, candy, and drinks, and meet Santa Clause himself. Bring your holiday spirit and some warm clothes!
