Training Division

Lyons Fire provides a wide range of training for both community members and emergency services personnel. Our cadre of instructors provide courses in many topics such as the ones listed below:

  • “Stop The Bleed”

  • CPR/AED-First Aid

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

  • IV / IO Approval

  • Basic EKG interpretation

  • Advanced EKG interpretation

  • Emergency Medical Responder(EMR)

  • Emergency Medical Technician(EMT)

    Lyons Fire is offering a 30-hour state-approved course for any EMT Interested. All courses run Thursday & Friday 1700 - 2100, and Saturday 0900 - 1700.

    Lyons Fire is offering a state-approved EMR course to those interested in advancing their career in EMS. All Courses Run Tuesday/Thursday 1700 - 2100, Saturday 0900 - 1700.
